Ample car parking. Access to Tarka Trail for walking and cycling between Instow and Fremington Quay. Bird watching at RSPB Isley Marsh and Home Farm Marsh.

Detached house in 2 acre part-walled garden, with indoor heated swimming pool , sauna, games rooms and extensive play areas, pets corner (goats, rabbits, guineapigs, ducks). Beside Fremington Pill, a tidal creek, and 0.75 mile from Fremington Quay and the Tarka Trail Cycle Path. Cycles for hire.
Lower Yelland Farm
The farmhouse was built in 1658 and was modernised to a high standard in 2000. All rooms are en-suite, with colour TV and tea making facilities. There is a large lounge with TV, board games and Library. Ample parking is available in a private courtyard.
